If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  • Items without their original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Items with visible damage caused by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Order number (found in your purchase confirmation email or on the product packaging).
  • Reason for the return or exchange.

4. Return & Exchange Process:

7. Limited Warranty:
