FREE Delivery- Free standard shipping to the United States and Canada.
Logistics Carrier- We ship our dynamometers and hand health products via USPS and FedEx.
Dispatch Times- All orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Standard Delivery- Most shipments will arrive within 4-10 days. Shipments to AK, HI, Puerto Rico and US Territories may take longer. Please note there may be additional carrier delays beyond our control due to current circumstances.

Shipping Fee- International shipping usually costs $8. (The shipping fee is subject to the checkout page)

US and Canadian customs duties:
Travelinspira covers US and Canadian customs duties.
Customs duties for other countries:
Customer is responsible for all duty, brokerage and applicable taxes based on the destination of the order.
Please insure you track your package so you are at home to receive your order and pay the applicable duty and taxes or make alternate arrangements to do so with your local carrier.
Travelinspira is not responsible for packages held by local customs or carriers when orders are undeliverable.
We will provide all necessary information and documents before dispatch. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesistate to contact us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@travelinspira.com
Coverage:
This warranty is extended to the original owner of the item and covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. During this time, if you experience any issues related to manufacturing, we've got you covered.
What's Not Covered:
Please note that this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product. Additionally, it does not apply to damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or any other non-manufacturer-related factors.

Order Issues
Have a question about your order?
Order processing times vary depending on the product and location.
Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process an order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We’ll keep you updated via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use UPS, USPS to ship all orders in the US and DHL internationally. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at service@travelinspira.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.
A. Before the order is shipped
Please email us ASAP with your order number or recipient information.
B. After the order is shipped
Generally, we cannot cancel/modify the order in transit. If you no longer need the package, please wait for the delivery of the package to complete and then initiate a return request.
Full transparency — once your orders are out for shipment, they’re in the hands of the carrier. We suggest contacting UPS, USPS or your local carrier to redirect your package to a shipping pick-up location (ie. UPS Access Point).

Contact service@travelinspira.com immediately. Customers have a one-hour window to request an address edit. We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees.
If we are unable to edit your address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to see what they are able to do for you. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable.

Travelinspira.com accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Discover, JCB. At this time we accept USD only - stay tuned as we expand our currency offering.
As soon as an order is completed, a payment authorization will be automatically made to verify the validity of a card and any available funds. However, the order amount will not be debited at this stage; any amounts will be debited when the item(s) is shipped, and an email confirmation of this shipment will be sent to you.
In the event that you have chosen to pay for your item(s), via PayPal, the total amount will be debited from your account when your order has been shipped.
