Shop worry‑free—if it’s not “the one”, you have 30 days from order delivery to return your order.
You get 30 days from order delivery to make sure it’s the perfect match. Feel free to load it up and try it on. Just make sure it stays good‑as‑new:
- No noticeable wear and tear
- All parts, zippers, and accessories, intact
- Original packaging - please include if available
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note: Once we have received your return item(s) in our warehouse, your exchange product will be processed and sent out to you.

- Customized products
