To ensure your peace of mind, we are pleased to offer a 2-year warranty that covers any manufacturer issues affecting the functionality of your item.
Coverage:
This warranty is extended to the original owner of the item and covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. During this time, if you experience any issues related to manufacturing, we've got you covered.
What's Not Covered:
Please note that this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product. Additionally, it does not apply to damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or any other non-manufacturer-related factors.

If your Travel Inspira product encounters any manufacturer-related issues within the warranty period, we will always strive to repair it promptly. Our commitment to sustainability means we want to keep products out of landfill whenever possible. However, in the event that a repair is not feasible or we do not have the required repair parts available, you may be eligible for a replacement product of the same item or store credit or gift cards of the same value.
A warranty claim may be denied if:
- No valid proof of purchase can be provided, or product information (such as the serial number) has been tampered with or obliterated.
- Man-made damage: This includes but is not limited to drops, crushing, immersion in liquids, foreign objects, and improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear: Wear and aging of the product casing, buttons, and other components due to normal use.
- Force majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters or accidents such as fire, flood, earthquake, and lightning strikes.
- Improper use: Damage caused by use outside the specified range of the product, such as in environments with excessively high or low temperatures, high humidity, or strong magnetic fields.

- To be eligible for warranty coverage, please ensure you register your product following the steps provided above.
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original owner of the Travel Inspira product.
- Any repair or replacement under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
- In the case of a replacement, the new product will be covered under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.

If you purchased an item from our website, we will handle the replacement of your item under our warranty policy.
If you purchased a wallet from a third party, such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or others, your item is still covered under our 2-year warranty. You can fill out the warranty form directly and someone will contact you.
