1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from our warehouses within 1-3 business days. Delivery times will vary, based on the service you selected and your chosen destination. All shipping estimates are calculated in business days.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is available for all orders within the contiguous United States and Canada.

3. Do I need to pay additional customs or duties on my order?

US and Canadian customs duties:
Travelinspira covers US and Canadian customs duties.

Customs duties for other countries:
Customer is responsible for all duty, brokerage and applicable taxes based on the destination of the order.
Please insure you track your package so you are at home to receive your order and pay the applicable duty and taxes or make alternate arrangements to do so with your local carrier.
Travelinspira is not responsible for packages held by local customs or carriers when orders are undeliverable.
We will provide all necessary information and documents before dispatch. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesistate to contact us.

*Duties and taxes are collected at checkout for a more transparent transaction and easier delivery for our customers. We do not make any money on this service.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you. Please note that your tracking information will only be activated once your order has been handed to the carrier.

If you do not see this email:
Please check your spam/junk folder.
Please add Travelinspira to your contact list to ensure future emails are received.

5. Why can’t I track my order?

If you can’t track your order, it may be for several reasons: the tracking information is not yet available, the tracking number is incorrect, or there may be a delay in the tracking system updates.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become available/updated after receiving your shipping confirmation email. If you still face issues, contact our customer support team for further assistance.

6. I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to our support team via service@travelinspira.com.

*In the event of a missing or lost delivery, you must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date.

7. Why was my order split and shipped?

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

8. Which carriers do you use?

For international shipments, we partner with International Air Post.

The majority of our international shipments are handed over to the local postal service for last mile delivery. Please feel free to contact us via our chat service if you would like to know more specific information for international carriers.

9. I entered in the wrong address, what should I do?

Contact service@travelinspira.com immediately. Customers have a 12-hour window to request an address edit.

We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees. If we are unable to edit your address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to see what they are able to do for you. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable.
