The pictures and dimensions on the sales page are accurate.The belt is held on by a clasp that you can quietly or loudly snap open. There is no velcro, which is good since velcro makes noises and you want discrete not flashy. The belt is elastic and also has adjusters so it definitely can fit the smallest and largest waists. I am a 6 foot tall male, it fits fine, and I could easily resize it to fit anyone.The material looks like denim but feels synthetic. It is a bit louder than denim or cotton would be but still fairly quiet, no tell-tale sounds. There's no padding, which is ok nor any supplemental hooks. It's simple: stays on with the belt included on it as illustrated. You don't loop this through your trousers.I got it as a small supplemental carrying bag because it can fit just above the hips in the small of the lower back and so it is easier for carrying, less back strain. Adequate to hold 2-5 pounds 12"x4", so little snakcks and raisins but no canned goods. It's really meant for your passport, credit cards, banknotes, not bulk items.Neat and discrete.

A more useful, very lightweight and svelt RFID BAG. Nice design and attractive materials showing quality and thoughtfulness. The belt strap is ELASTIC which makes it very comfortable and capable of being slung over one's shoulder, which is desirable. Two zippered pockets with the larger one capable of holding your cell and wallet, easily. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 star is that the strap is attached to the smaller outside pocket, rather than to the outside edge of the bag, itself. Which would be a cleaner design.

As I get older I get more and more paranoid as I travel, and this money Bill is perfect for me. It's ultra slim, and is very comfortable wearing under the shirt, and virtually unnoticeable. It has a decent capacity to hold a number of objects such as passport and cash and credit cards. It's personal enough to use as a small fanny pack over clothing if you want but it's real strength is it's stealth features that let your valuable stay hidden and pickpocket resistant. It's usually adjustable and has strong zippers to keep your contents secure.
